Builder for Arenas (Paying)

Looking to pay a builder about $40-$45 for 12 Arenas for a Practice Server. Here are the specifications for it.

NOTE: For the Server I am talking to Power Faction Leaders to have their factions practice team fights on this server.

Arenas:
- 3 Big Arenas (Need to fit 8-60 People)
- 1 KOTH Arena
- 8 Fighting Arenas (1v1s)

Not looking for complete high quality but arenas like the ones on Kohi.
The arenas can't have tall grass or that much gas anyways, also some of the big arena maps need to have a few "water ganks" in them to have a realistic team fights.
