Builder for base in Anarchy Server

this is a bit of a different request for here, but im looking for someone who can come on to an anarchy server and build a grand base for me.
an anarchy server is a vanilla survival server with no rules or protections.
i have all the building mats stored.
traveling 100,000+ blocks would be required.
dealing with lag and a possible low tps is required.
use of a modded client such as impact is pretty much required to travel.

im paying in usd.
