Builder for Bedrock servers (Windows 10)

I need a builder to work directly on my Bedrock server, Bedrock is downloadable for free on Windows 10 if you own the PC version of Minecraft. The only difference is that you will not have building tools but if that implies a longer time to build I will be ok.

So... Are you aware that it's possible to convert Java builds into Bedrock builds? The only difference is that you might not have access to QUITE all the blocks, but it would still be easier to make the base build in Java and convert it.
