Just a heads up, Disney is not very happy with having their branding/characters etc. being used without their consent...

Probably not, but if you call it a Disney server, they will probably notice.

There are lots of different Disney servers out there that have never had a problem. Also Disney is such a big company Its very unlikely they would even discover the server.

If this were true, then this would apply to fan art, and other ways of recreating Disney's characters and other creations. Disney would not like their characters to be used for a competitor studio without their consent, but in Minecraft no such law can restrict you from making recreations of something.

There are plenty of Disney servers already that are thriving I am pretty sure he will be safe for building something on Minecraft out of blocks :)
