Builder for server projects

I'm requesting a build team for the following projects:

Factions spawn
PvP arena
KOTH arena

Factions spawn would need to be about 150x150
PvP arena would be about 100x100
KOTH would be about 50x50

Please reply below with a quote, only hiring people with good rep. Here are my terms:

• You must come and build it in-game on my server. I dont want a schematic, I have to edit the world to fit the spawn and I don't like doing that, however I will pay 100% upfront
• If I am not satisfied with the build, it will need to be edited, but nothing huge
• You must have a decent rep and portfolio
• I will pay 100% upfront, but if you leave it unfinished or fail to edit it once I request, I will chargeback, but give you the option to keep the world save for the build, or a schematic so you can sell it premade.

You should include in your Terms of Service which party decides what is "huge" and what is not. Otherwise, the party which did not draft the Terms of Service will be able to decide by what they define as "huge". Which could cause some problems, have a great day!
