Builder for survival spawn

Hey!

I've contacted a few builders and their prices were either way out of my price range or they were just busy, so I thought that I would make a thread detailing what I need built. If you think you can do this, please send me a message with a link to your portfolio.

Me and a few others are starting a survival gangs/drugs server, so we need a large spawn that fits our needs. It should be 150x150, should have information boards, and an "alley" area that goes underground and leads to a PvP type area where there will be boards for selling drugs. We're looking for more of a stone, old-fashioned build - nothing modern or tropical.
