1. Due to past events I require a 50% downpayment.
2. If payment is more than 3 days overdue of the agreed deadline then it gives me the right to sell the build to another buyer.
3. All payments will be done via PayPal.
4. After the build has been delivered the Buyer has a maximum of 2 hours to ask for minor changes or additional details. No additional requests can be made.
5. There are no refunds allowed, no matter the circumstances.
6. I do my very best to finish your build on time. If for some reason I am not able to finish the project before the deadline, I have the right to change the deadline to a later time.
7. Neither the buyer nor myself may cancel a build/project without the other’s consent once it has been started. Should the buyer break these terms of service without my consent, then a possible deposit will be used to cover the costs of my time, and no refund will be given.
8. These terms of service can be broken under the agreement of both myself and the buyer.
9. I reserve all rights to end your service for any violation of my terms or any other basis if needed.
10. If I find evidence that the build is being used/sold withoutmy permission, I am allowed to resell, or give out the build for free aka publish it.
11. These terms of service can change at any time without warning. So make sure you read them!

My prices aren't final, since depending on what the buyer wants the price may decrease or even increase. If you have a low budget or just a set budget In general we can negotiate something.
