Builder needed for unique medieval prison spawn

Hi, I've been looking for some time now for a builder that can complete this request for a prison spawn. The overall theme I'm aiming for here is a traditional prison, but with the exterior of a castle (castle prison). In a 100x100 space, the castle must contain a center point, where players will spawn and 4 quadrants (rooms) extending out from the middle of spawn where the players mine to rank up. This is a generic explanation of what I'm looking for, as I can provider further explanation upon contact.
