Hello Builders! I am now pushing my management into the Building area! I am prospecting for builders that don't fall under the team category and are still freelance. Keep in mind I am not a team nor will I ever be one. I am more interested in driving your sales! I have been managing a couple developers and in that area have managed to get them a combined total of $2,892.00 in sales in 3-4 months. (All sales came from MC-Market users and no other forums). As for building, the profits tend to be higher as they cost more. So I can't guarantee you this but I feel as if you can earn around $800+ more a month through building depending on the quality of work etc.. Give us some reasons why builders should work under your management if you get customers just on this platform and they can do it by themselves offering their services or contacting people who need their service ?
I know some very good builders managers but they don't even work with this platform, they have a lot of contacts and connections with servers, server owners and more.

Well I am not saying by any means that I am the best manager out there. I am sure you can find plenty of other managers that quite frankly are better than I. However, I am definitely one of the more dedicated ones, as you can see in my reputation. Of course my reputation doesn't amount to much compared to others but I also don't request reputation be given and they do it when they see that they REALLY enjoyed the product and was happy with it. Here are a few key take away that show that I can help you and what I can do compared to other mangers. (Which I don't really see stepping into the building industry on this website at least.)

- I manage freelancers as a secondary job on top of my real job, so you can guarantee that you will get sales

- I will endlessly search for contracts and such for said freelancer

- I am starting to make myself known in the development medium. I have people actually coming to me requesting my developers, as these are normally newer servers they will as well need builds and that is just another thing I can offer them.

- I will work with YOU to insure that everything is being done fairly and I will as well make sure that you do not get scammed.

Those are some key points. But your comment on only working on MC-Market is a point I would really like to hit on, I don't just work through MC-Market. Now I do come on and browse it for jobs but what I also do is go and find servers that are just starting out, have a new season coming up, and I as well use some hosting providers that I work with to assist on finding sales.
