Builder To Neatly Place In Spawn.

This is quite an odd request but, I hired a builder to build a spawn. Obviously, when you paste it into normal terrain it's going to be off and not aline with the terrain around it so I'm looking for a builder who can position the spawn properly and get it fitted to the terrain with a solid base, and make a smooth transition from war zone to natural terrain.
