Hello! I am an Owner of a newly founded Minecraft server named SpiritPvP. We are currently Starting off as a KitPvP Server, and implementing in Prisons as well. We will be running the server with 2-3 Owners, however one will be a backhand, and two will be the main Owners. However, i am not here to recruit for Owners. I am here to recruit in Builders to join our Team. (Helper/Moderator Applications will be re-opened at a later date).

What we will look for in a Builder:
- Exceptional Building Skills
- A Good mindset
- Good ideas to add to the server
- Knowledge of different (Easy and Hard ways to build; Worldedit etc)
- To be able to build anything when you have time
- To be able to fit in time slots for when you can build.
- Possible Staffing Knowledge (Not Required)

Requirements:
- Must have some sort of Experience, and evidence to show us.
- Must have some sort of Portfolio (Exceptions can be made, due to how well you can build.
- To have a mic, in case we need to Interview you.
- Knowledge.
- Any time of the Day to be available if we need to contact you
- Must have Discord.

What we will look for in staff:
- To have a mic (Exceptions can be made)
- Knowledge of Staffing
- A resume (Not required, but will help your acceptance)
- Hardworking
- Kind and Fun
- To have days and times they will be active and inactive around.
- To be on at least 3-4-5 hours a day when the server is released.
- To have an account on our website.
- To be keen and willing.

Requirements:
- Mic (Exceptions can be made)
- Knowledge
- Resume
- Age 14+
- Kind and Hardworking
- Willing
- Applications to be read FULLY, and format to be followed. (Make sure to read the VERY bottom, or else you may risk DENIAL.

SpilloGIO Everything depends on how well you build, and how well you contribute toward the server. A exceptional builder would get Paid, as well as a good builder who puts time and effort into the server. If you are Staff on numbers of other servers, and cant contribute time and effort, then you wont be paid. Its simple.

that's unfortunate because i am managing 2 server and 3 discords, building is only my "Hobby"

SpilloGIO You are more than welcome to come and join our server to become apart of our Build Team, however you must have available contact at some point within the day. Therefore, if you are only Managing Discord servers, and not a Minecraft server as a whole,you may have a chance to join us. Like i said, Managing discord servers isn't as hard as managing a whole server, as you may be able to tell. If building is your hobby, i would be more than welcome to let you join my Build Team.
