- I've never been a staff member of a server but I have owned multiple prison servers, I have always kept the community clean to an extent and made sure the community knew they could rely on someone to talk to and keep their backs.

- UK Time (GMT)

- I've been playing minecraft for almost 8 years now and it was on a daily basis, recently it's been going down hill because my motivation to create my own server has been lacking but I would be more than willing to stay on your server to make sure it moderated properly

- I have a lot of experience with plugins and configurations also meaning I know a lot of commands but I also know how to control a crowd when it gets hectic (Thats not me being cocky) when people say the word "Lag" I would most likely tell them to stop in a 3 step warning system, allowing them to redeem themselves and if not I would mute them for an hour or possibly kick them for a day if it gets bad after the tempoary mute.

- I'd prefer to work with a team of people that will be responsible if possible.

Well we said helpers. Not builders. Also we will need new builds on a weekly basis so that is why we said 15%

Waiting on owners response. Making high end plugins take time, but I like your app. I just don't want to give you a staff rank and the co get upset. But if it was solely up to me, you'd be staff. Have to consult the other owner
