Builders and terraformers for Pokemon Region for Pixelmon Server

As the title states, I am looking for builders, world builder experts, and terraformers for a Pokemon Region!

Some details are as such. I want to build a region with 16 gyms, and around 20 cities. The map needs to include all biomes, including the nether. For this reason, I need someone with world builder and/or terraforming experience. In parts of the map where there isn't a city players on the server will be allowed to play survival on the beautiful custom terrain. There will also be some quests that lead out of the cities and main routes into survival zones, perhaps searching for an old abandoned house in the tundra to retrieve a missing item or Pokemon, or things along those lines.

I have given a bit of an explanation of the project, so if you can are a good, experienced builder or terraformer/world builder expert, please add me on Discord and we can talk!

Heads up, this is a massive project, and I want people who are in this because they genuinely like the project and are willing to be in it for the long run(3-9 months is my estimate), for that reason, I won't be able to provide pay, at least not straight away, since the scale of the project is so large. It would cost thousands of dollars and I just can't do that. What I can guarantee though is if you stick with it when the server starts to bring in money I will make sure you are paid for the work you will have done.

This may be the ideal project for a new skilled builder looking to get some sick builds done to beef up their portfolio(you don't have to commit to the entire project, you can work on one city only for example).
