Builders for a BIG project!

Hi!

Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Rick. I used to host a minecraft server with an average of 200-300 players on a daily basis. This project was runned with a YouTuber with 450k+ subs, at the time <100k.

Now, for a new BIG project I'm looking for a bunch of motivated builders and mappers.

What do we need?

Title: Terraformer
Requirements: - Motivated to make massive landscapes
- Abillity to work alone and in a team
- Experience with WorldEdit
- Able to communicate with the team on Discord at a daily basis


Title: Builder
Requirements: - Own a Minecraft account
- Abillity to work alone and in a team
- Previous experience with building in Minecraft
- Build the project with your own input and the input of others
- Able to communicate with the team on Discord at a daily basis

What do we offer?

As this is a starting project, we do NOT offer much. It should be an honor to see your own creative creations that thousands of unique players get to see every single month. However, when everything is up and running, mappers and builders will most likely get a share of the revenue.

How do I apply?

Easy! We'll be hiring on a need basis, simply send me a PM on the forums and we'll get everything sorted out from there!

Due to the size of the project, every mapper and builder will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This can be easily signed digitally, so no printing, no paper waste and ink needed!

There are no server examples as of yet, however I ran a minecraft network in the past with THIS YouTuber. It was more of an example to show my experience.

Please clarify whether you need a build team, and/or want jobs done.

I believe I was very clear in my post. I need builders, whether these are several building teams or individual builders.

if you can find more than 3 people of decent skill on this forum willing to join in, I'll be quite surprised. But best of luck to ya. Maybe you can prove the exception to the general rule.

Proper server colocation was for us very expensive, especially with the high amount of traffic we had back in the days. It was not like you buy a dedicated server and you're done. You got people to feed, a lot of people to pay for what they've done etc.

No. I don't want free workers so I make even more. In fact I'm willing to share a cut of the revenue.

Next to no one will work for server revenue later, it is a risk and a liability. Plus talking about spending your money on weed, whether it be a joke or not, is unbelievably unprofessional. This to anyone looking into this, it is clearly a waste of time.
