What I WOULD like to see is what sort of building quality that year of building has resulted in. I imagine a lot of builders would like to see what sort of level of builds they'd be signing up for.

hmm "As you get payed every project" Do you take a cut for costs etc or does the builder get 100% of the money.

I take a %10 Cut so if you make 200 from one build I get $20 and you get $180
