Hey! I am looking for a handful of builders to become apart of the build team for my server. You will be paid based on experience and or per project on the platform. Must be able to sign an NDA. Looking for long term builders, this is an opportunity to get exposure as this server has been out for about 2.5 years. Please contact me at TrackerGaming#6043. The post clearly states long term builders, and if you can't show your work live there is no way to tell if you made something or pasted a large number of images from planet Minecraft. The process that I have is the same one that you will find on any server developing out a build team as an addition to the staff team.

Maybe you find self-validation with those statistics but that doesn't mean an employer should. Never assume you are too good or qualified for a position or imply that you are. Words of advice.
