You would be better off posting this on the minecraft forums, I'm sure you will get more applicants.

I think you'll find that the people who look at this will generally be annoyed for you posting it in the wrong section for more views. Plus, if someone was looking for a team to apply for, they'd look in the requesting > builds forum, which just makes this be seen by more people, but those don't want to join.

Get a mod to move this.
