I tried talking with your owner before for another commission and his answer was "I'm not interested in a freelancer, thanks for your interest" and didnt receive any other reply. I just messaged him and he came with the same answer and his not replying again.

The owner already made a thread before saying he will pay builders and then after that and everyone was on the team he comes up with a story that you're a volunteer and that you'll have to wait until they think builders deserve payment.
