well, considering the amount you've turned down so far, and considering the frequency of people with a ridiculously low budget compared to their standards, it's a statistically valid assumption.

I'm looking for availability and flexibility as well as decent skill. I have a team (MCAU) that does all my large projects already.

Ivain Ryan sounds like a fair guy. I'm currently taking commissions for DeepAcademy's member, and i sent him Conork (aka Ludokrin info). He's top 3/ top 5 and believe me noone knows builders more than i do. I didn't suggest him any other builder as he didn't answer. If you want RyansAce_ I'm actually working with MrBatou ( http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/mrbatou/ ) and i can get him to work for you (he only takes commissions through me as i am his agent). If you want something else, and you got a really big budget, i suggest you try contacting Notux (he isn't that expensive, but he's really busy), or BlockWorks (might cost you an arm, but they're one of the rare teams to do their own design for this quality).

Like I said, I'm looking for someone that I can contact at like 11:00 PM for a quick terraform job that I can pay like $20 for (example price; obviously it varies depending on the job). I've already got all my big project hookups, I'm just looking for availability and flexibility. Someone who doesn't normally take on large projects and isn't normally busy.

The best suggestion i could do is that you get on a creative server such as Divine Free Build that has a really skilled player base and then make friends with some builders to find the one that has the style and time table that fits you better
