Supreme Obsidian is looking to recruit builders!

Supreme Obsidian is a Multi game mode server looking for experienced builders to help propel the server to even higher heights.

What can we offer ?
- Professional and serious staff team
- A high level of communication and organisation
- Further experience and a chance to learn from other team members
- A possible future paid position (still to be set in motion)

Aside from all of the reasons above, We feel you should join our team because we have original and new ideas for game modes, a friendly and experienced staff team and we also have learning opportunities and can offer a variety of new experiences to you that we feel some other servers might not be able to offer.

What are we looking for ?
If you wish to apply for the role then you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 16+
- Must have a mic
- Must be able to speak English

Please note. This role will not be paid and no services that you provide will be paid for. If you join our team then far future payments may be discussed. However this is not promised.

We've had many builders work for us for free before. If you're only in this for the money, perhaps it's time some people here get a real job instead of complaining. A lot of people enjoy building as a passion or on their spare time. It isn't "Work" for them. As for quality, there's always room for progress, our builders are informed on the procedures and will redo the builds if they do not meet our criterias.

There are people that make a living out of just building. And some earn more than people with a “real” job.

I highly doubt any builder makes 50 000$ a year building yet alone minimum unless you're famous. I've seen many build teams and they barely make 600-800$ per 1-2 weeks with a team. So split the pot with your fellow builders. That comes up to like 100-300$ per member. Hopefully your team is organized and has a list of commissions. Lets be real here, stop living in a fantasy.

You're on a marketplace, not a cheapass free builds site. We already have a build team, we're not desperate. People come knocking on our doors from each corners of the world. One individual doesn't necessarily represent our whole team either. We take those who want to sit and learn and make them professionals ourselves because we're just that organized. Our hiearchy system is flawless and our projects original. Thank you for your concern, but we have this covered. Loyal or not, if they're only here for the money this isn't what we're looking for. If they want to fuss about us asking for freebies that's their problem not ours.

If anyone wants to be part of something real, something huge and something we've been working on for years, now is the time to apply before we become viral. This game mode will revolutionize how Minecraft can be perceived. Good luck.
