Hello Mc-Market Builders
My name is Enzo and i have a plan for a new minecraft server that will change the views of minecraft altogether.
Welcome to ReLife MC the home of The Life Simulator on minecraft. Day 1 you enter the server as a new born baby the first server to have Cut Scenes instead of signs, you watch from a 1st person perspective of your new life beginning and your naming (Player name).
Skips 5 years and its the first day of school, each school day will be a Cut Scenes of the server rules, how the server grows with you, how each decision you make effects your journey through the server. school lasts as long as the Cut Scenes does and then you get free time where you can explore the first town where everyone knows you and you know them, you live with your parents and life is great.
Last day of school, Age 16 this will be the last lesson and have to do your final exams where you answer questions based of what you have learned in the Cut Scenes . if you pass you graduate if you fail you repeat the last test till you graduate.
After Graduation, Now you are of leaving age you can now fend for yourself go out into the vast world and get a job, rent your first house in one of the great city or live in the wilderness where you are met with terrible dangers (thief, bandits and mutant monsters), this all depends on what you want to do, each job pays differently but all have a set minimal wage you could even work for other people on the server who have aged well and got enough funds to create a Business.
Ageing, your time on the server sets your age, at different age levels your body reacts too, eg a child under 16 wouldn't have full inventory slots available etc, an elderly person may move more slowly and be more likely to get illnesses.
Money, The server will run on economy, the rich are rich because they worked hard the poor are poor because they made bad choices, there will be jobs, businesses, stock markets, lottery and even consumer businesses like shops etc. shop keepers can buy stock for there shop from the server however to make more profit it would be more beneficial for a business to make trades with a farmer to get resources, This would negatively effect a farmers profit however would be better for his reputation.
Reputation. The server will have a fully integrated reputation system players will start with neutral reputation and depending on actions with players, rules and npc's this will fall and rise. if you fall below a certain percent you will have issues with getting jobs, trouble with the law officers that will be patrolling. if you are good however you could get promotions, pay rise even get called into jury duty. This reputation system will have the most effect on your ReLife.
Oh and there will be temptations for good people to get level with the man in the shadows turns up random cities at random nights and offers some crazy buffs to a player however the cost is great, Bad reputation and the chance of becoming addicted and having to spend 12 IRL time in Rehab to get clean.
Hopefully you can see this is an all out plan i do have more however i don't want to release too much information just yet as you may understand.
To the Proposal.
I am in need of:
4 Builders (For the towns/Cities)
2-4 Programmers(For some plugins not yet available)
1-2 Graphical Designers(For Website and Advertising when ready)
2-4 Staff(I will need certain amount of staff for Q+A when server releases)
10-20 Beta Testers (when in beta Phase)
Please comment if you are interested in any of these roles, This is a huge project and i hope you can see the potential in it when its finished.

i have limited funds available to me i have quite a lot done but im at a point of not moving forward without help and luckily for me there are some really great people on MCM that have offered to help.

What i will offer you is anything you make is yours i just get to use it for the server, most things like the logo,website, builds and plugins if i want it exclusivly then i will have to pay for it when the server goes live.
