Building a huge adventure map for MMO RPG!

Hey all, my name is TacticalTickler and I am here in need of builders who are capable of assisting my team and I in completing our adventure map. There are a few things that I am looking for from builders and if I leave anything out feel free to ask the questions.

What I am looking for:

I am looking for builders who are experienced, willing to put work in, don't mind working with others, and can properly communicate well.

The idea:

The idea of my server is this, there are 5 regions in which 4 have elemental powers and the other region is considered neutral. Each region has its own building style but the general theme is fantasy. The world is 25k x 25k and we still have plenty to do.
