Hi MCM!

I’ve been trying to build a PC for a while and I don’t have a whole lot of money. I’ve put together a list of parts for a budget build (only a Ryzen 5 2400G but it will be fine until I can afford a dedicated GPU). I’ve never built a PC before, but I’ve watched hundreds of videos and I know what I’m doing. I just need a case for the build that is A) not too expensive and B) easy to work with.

Here is my parts list:

APU- Ryzen 5 2400G (£135 - Curry’s)

RAM- Corsair CMK8GX4M1A2400C14 (1x8gb - - ££44.56)

Storage- Kingston SSD 2.5 inch 240gb (Kingston SSD A400 Solid State Drive (2.5 Inch SATA 3), 240 GB - £31.74)

PSU - Corsair VS450 450W ( - £34.48)

Motherboard - MSI B450M PRO-M2 (MSI B450M PRO-M2 AM4/B450/DDR4/S-ATA ... - Amazon UKhttps://www.amazon.co.uk › MSI-B450...- £64.99)

I’m pretty sure the motherboard is micro ATX. I’m also open to anyone that can help me get better parts for the money (eg cheaper RAM that is a similar speed). All cases must be available in the UK without stupid postage costs.

https://www.scan.co.uk/products/fra...yVJyBWNiT0WfZ1ACJd4EsjRQc6yoVCJBoC3ikQAvD_BwE £50 with postage, but actually a solid case. I built my first PC in one of these like 4 years ago and have just passed it onto my little brother. Really nice to build in and looks great. It also won't limit you in terms of space for HDD's etc, and by the time you factor in the price of buying fans separately + shipping it works out not bad.

I will definitely consider this case as I saw it myself but I wasn’t sure whether a micro ATX motherboard would fit a mid tower case (looking back I feel stupid). Thanks a lot!
I'd get a way different PSU as that thing is low quality don't ever cheap out on the power supply.
Get a cooler master 650 mwe Gold rated psu or any of the seasonic focus gold series
Might wanna get some faster ram
Thanks, I’ll take the PSU and RAM into consideration.
