Building a team for a new hosting company

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well.

We are posting today in search of system administrators who would be willing to become a part of a new hosting provider (we are already established and in the production stage). We are working with some advanced new technologies like Rancher and coreOS and there is alot we will learn together. Those who are interested must not be affiliated with other providers (for obvious reasons). We are trying to build something special here. Bonus points if you are located in the U.S but it is not a must.

The only other requirement is you must be 18 years or older. This is especially important when it comes to getting paid as we would be switching to hourly pay in the near future. Pay will be on a task-task basis for now and it will be a great opportunity to make some extra cash and learn something new with an opportunity to apply your skills. We are looking for permanent members, we don't like using the word "temporary". Also, we aren't going anywhere, we are here to stay - even if it means having zero clients.

Developers, support staff, and marketing/sales staff are welcome.

We are not interested in freelance teams or any other type of service team. This opportunity is for like-minded individuals only.

Hi Orochimaru, it's enough funding to keep the project going with a handful of members. By any means, it is no "small loan of a million dollars" type of funding.
