The price for those maps will depend on what size you need exactly (For exemple, when you say medium we need to know if you mean 50x50 or 100x100), on the theme (Can we build in the theme we want as long as it's unique or do you already have something in your mind?) and on the complexity of the elements you need (A dragon will be harder to build than a village for exemple).
