How can you determine a Reputation of 100+. There is no such thing as a reputation system other than vouches. Reactions are not reputation. Please don't assume so.

Reactions do not equal reputation...

What you should really exchange build for is if the person has a lot of MCM Messages (100+ or something) and/or if they have x amount of vouches. I absolutely hate it when people think that high reactions mean high reputation, because the truth is they don't! It just means that the person has posted something in the past that was funny or has said a statement that was agreed with by some.

Ex. A person could be the most trustworthy guy on MCM and have low reactions and another guy could have really high reactions and could be the least trustworthy guy on MCM.
