Building my Portfolio

I am looking to grow my portfolio in the Minecraft development community. I will be accepting small plugin requests from the community. Extra Information: Can be configurable so turn off cobwebs.

Don't know if that is possible but I'll try to find a way for it, I have some ideas on how to do it.
What mc version are you wanting for this, forgot to add that part?

Alright, I know this took a while to come up with; however, it does work just not with detecting blocks yet. I will be finishing the plugin when I have more time away from work.

Here is what the plugin is, with bare bones features.
I plan on adding these features

1. Cool down
2. Messages?
3. Block detection

Edit: This is on 1.8 right now, should work on 1.7
