I need someone to make me a good PC build for under $500, and I also need help with building... do I take it to someone or try building myself?

First one - no video card, but your CPU has integrated graphics.
Second one - very cheap video card.

Either way, if you plan on gaming - forget about it.
With those if you try to play any current games you'll have to play at low/medium settings and still only get 20 or so FPS.
Just look at the FPS benchmarks near the bottom and keep in mind that pretty much all the games listed are 3-4 years old:

Thank you :) Is it possible to get a good PC that can run CS:GO with 40-60FPS and MC with about 80 for $500?

Also, do I need to buy like a sound card and stuff? Or do I just buy all these parts, get them setup, and it will be working completely fine...

lol i think anny pc should run csgo fine xD
Nope, whenever I try to open csgo on my PC it either crashes or completely freezes. + It screws up my screen resolution. My PC is an i3, 32bit laptop.
