Hello guys,
I've been there on Mc-Market for quite a long time, but I'm still a newbie :p

I had a few questions that I never asked before, and now I thought I should ask you for advice.

First of all, what is a HCF Spawn? (I guess it's hardcore factions spawn, but, how should it be built?)

Then, the same question should be made with KotH (which I guess it's King of the hill, but don't know which kind of structure should have the map).

Finally, I would like to know which kind of map do you think are the most recommendable to build, as they are the best in reason of value/time and easy to sell.

Sorry for bothering you, hope somebody will answer my questions.

Alright, here we go.
"hardcore factions". I don't know the precise details of the gamemode, but it's basically time-based factions. If you die, you get Deathbanned (certain safe areas excluded). There are timed events, Conquest and KOTH (King of the Hill). I'm not sure what a "conquest" is, I've just seen the name. never had to make one myself.

KOTHs basically need multiple ways to reach a center part that is defendable, but not perfectly so. The idea is to have one or more players hold the center for as long as they can while others try to knock them off or kill them.

A HCF map needs the following things: Mostly flat or low-steepness terrain, with occasional outcrops. Areas for paths leading in the 4 cardinal directions, with a flat area for a spawn in the center (no warzone needed). then it needs a further few flat areas to place premade "koths" in. mutiple biomes with a bunch of trees are often desirable
