Building reputation with plugins?

Hello, i heard that i have to make some public plugins to get some reputation.
Reason why im making this tread is if someone can tell me what plugins are good for free and where i will get some reputations !

I guess you can make some pre-existing plugins, it'd be good experience if you are starting plugin development, aside from that nothing comes to mind.

Im not starter at developing i know it very well. I want to make something to build my reputation but it need to be Small like i wont give something complex for free. I think you will understand, Thanks on answer tho!

You could make a public LuckyBlock plugin where when your mining in a cobblestone gen Theres a chance it gives you a lucky block and when you place the lucky block it does a particle effect and gives you a confirgureable rewards/rewards
