I have built some boxs and some f homes for my faction and I do build on creative but my brother broke my builds

I'd say working for free and if you actually have decent work then ask for money for it. If your "brother" breaks your stuff then thats your fault. And besides just because you make stuff on factions doesn't mean you are experienced.

If you're a skilled enough builder, it's easy as hell to produce a simple but decent spawn or two in a few hours. You don't need to work for free, just make a few spawns, and sell them as premades.

If you mean the actual format, usually it's either schematic files or entire worldfiles.
