Hello; I am opening up an HCF server under a large CSGO network known as Fragworks to expand our franchise.
The server is on its way and I have the majority of things ready, all I need know is a few good builders to finish the spawn, koths, roads, terrain etc...
Currently I am not looking to pay any builders unless they do outstanding work and provide me with builds that I really enjoy.
I am looking for free builders, with a chance of payment depending on the level of their work.
