Looking to do small builds (under 100x100). I am very good with koths, and am able to get them done within a few hours.
Please let me know if you are in need of anything. Koths is where I specialize, however I may be able to do spawns etc. I am decent with factions spawns. However, I am not good when someone asks me to do a certain design, I can do what I am able to do. Sorry if that turns anyone away! I just simply am not good at different designs.
I can also do small warzone areas outside of your current spawn. I will not be doing any terraforming to make it work, so ensure you have a nice flat area you want it in already.
ANY builds I do will NOT be done for at least 1 week. No matter the size, due to my current irl time schedule etc. (KOTHS WILL BE DONE THE DAY OF ORDER OR THE FOLLOWING DAY). However, for spawns or hubs it will be a minimum time of 1 week. It can be more, or less. But, I can do my best to get it done as fast as possible.
Also, I will ONLY be accepting one client at a time, so I will not be working on multiple builds at once. So, if I tell you no, it's either because I do not want to make that build, or I am currently working with someone (I will let you know the reasoning of me telling you no as well.)
