I would be happy to do it all but it would take me atleast a couple of days if that is fine?

I think your budget is way too low to get everything built though.
The 8K map from one of the high-level terraformers would already set you back $150-200. 8K maps are no joke. Though ofc there's always budget terraformers for if you don't need fantastic terrain and are happy with decent terrain.
Assuming you want decent quality on all things, you can expect about $40 for the hub, $100 for the spawn, $15-20 for the koth and $100 for the map AT LEAST. That means that you can expect a cost of $260 even if you manage to get all the good deals and cheap purchases.
