I am writing to request for a Build Team to help me with my server, LavacraftOP as I have got one staff member building a city so he needs help with that and for something more important I need a futuristic warzone doing in my spawn so if there's anyone/any team that can help me contact me via skype

You're probably not going to find anyone here who will build for you for free. This site's very purpose is for freelancers make money.

You can ask on PMC but you're definitely not going to get any original quality work for free.
