It's up to you, but in my opinion, it depends. If there is a lot of competition, you will need Ultimate to stand out in a competitive playing field. If there is no competition, and you are on a tight budget, then save your money.
If you want to take resource selling seriously, an Ultimate subscription would pay for itself when you consider the extra sales you wouldn't have earned otherwise. I'm no expert, so ultimately, it's down to you to decide what best suits you and your needs as a creator.
