Bukkit 1.7.10 Jar Editing (Remove All Commands)

Looking for someone to edit my 1.7.10 only bukkit jar. (Will be provided)

Things needed to be done:

- Remove All Commands (Vanilla and Bukkit commands, and the classes associated with them, such as CommandXP.java)

Timeframe: 7 days

Payment: $5 (50% up front, and the other 50% after job is done)

I can do something that will accomplish this, not at the price you want. It woudn't be a bukkit server, it would be a different version that is bukkit-compatible.
