As of writing this post Craftbukkit can currently not be downloaded from their site.

This does not seem related to Mojang or the EULA. The email from the guy requesting the DCMA:

I think the dcma was issued because they were using code, apprently it wasnt even someone from mojang who issued it.


Suppose selling plugins and stuff, is selling builds against it aswell?

I'm not really up to date, but I believe so.. its making profit from their game which is an issue in the eula
