Bukkit Plugin Development as cheap as 3 dollars

Hello everyone. I have been coding for the last 2 years and I have gained excessively good programming skills and knowledge. I have recently been scammed 50$ and couldn't do much about it. I am offering plugin development as low as 3$. I don't charge a lot for my plugin because the first 50$ won't go to my account and will go towards the negative balance so I am just trying to get it back to 0 again. If you want a custom plugin I can do it for cheap. Just reply to this post with an plugin request with the following template:
