bump up the post limit for username requests to like 100

i feel that 25 is way too low, and 100 would be a safe minimum, most inactive users dont really have around 100 posts and 25 is a bit low.

Since the time that we implemented our username request functionality, we have made minor adjustments to the system, and I feel like in its current position it works perfectly at 25.
