I'm currently selling a plugin of mine that will alert staff members (with the correct permission) when a player attempts to advertise. You can add whitelist's in the configuration so maybe your server IP, teamspeak, website does not come up in the advertise and the players can type the message.

I'll be selling this plugin for $4/Copy, I think the price is fair as this plugin is a must have for any type of network, It will stop people from trying to advertise their server, it also includes a "click to ban" which you can just click and it'll automatically ban the person & with a reason set in the configuration.

If you'd like to code it yourself feel free to. I'm just interested in selling some of my networks plugins. If you dislike my decision then feel free to code your own.
