Bungee AO, History, Permission check, ban/warn, etc plugin.

I know this is alot to request from one plugin but cash is waiting,

Requirements.

Must be bungee.
1.8-1.13.2 compatable.

Plugin overview of what it must do
AO (admin chat) Alias /ao <message> (Must be setup like [AO <server>] <name> <message>

GUI ban system Alias /tempban <name> (GUI pops up and you click the catagory)

GUI warn system Alis /warn <name> (Same as above with the catagories)

Both warns and bans must show up in cross server AO (example [AO OPSB] Dave was banned by Maria for killaura/combatfly/haptics for 30 days)

player Alias /player <name> (brings up a GUI showing previous punishments and current permissions such sa fly access gamemode etc)

Alerts (Alerts from AO that include server Ingame name of the user tps and ping of the user and server and what they are expected of doing) Example [AO SMP] Dave might be using killaura but the server is lagging 2TPS Ping 221

Social spy alias /socialspy must have prefix [SS] <NAME> -> <NAME>

Alert for when players use specific commands or try to run a command {example [AO Factions] Davie ran command /LP)

All colours and prefixes must be customzable

Yes there are no plugins anywhere remotely similar to this.

I could possibly do this without coding any plugins.

You can probably do most of this for free from Spigot plugins or through some light Skript work. What you're asking for is basically ChatControl+LiteBans+an anticheat.

Basically, well im willing to buy that in a single plugin
