Bungee Cord Plugin

I'm looking for a bungeecord plugin that can do 3 commands. It's important that it works even if executed by a player or by console in ANY server.

[/BungeeSend Send {PLAYER} {SERVER}]~[/BungeeSend Send SpikeSmasher hub]- the proxy runs [/send SpikeSmasher hub]

[/BungeeSend {SERVER} {CMD}]~[/BungeeSend Factions manuadd SpikeSmasher default]- the faction server runs [/manuadd SpikeSmasher default]

[/BungeeSend All {CMD}]~[/BungeeSend ALL tempban SpikeSmasher 1d TEST]- every server runs [/tempban SpikeSmasher 1d TEST]
