Bungee Hexacord Support

I currently have Hexacord 1.7-1.10 installed for bungee and people can join in 1.7-1.8 but I'm not sure how to allow people to join in 1.9-1.10. Any help would be appreciated! PM me.

Have you tried using ViaVersion? It allows 1.7 - 1.10!

PaperSpigot + ViaVersion = 1.7+

Use PaperSpigot 1.8 and viaversion or 1.7?

PaperSpigot 1.8 has built in 1.7 protocol.

Okay, I did try that and it still didn't work.

Update your bungee to the latest version and check this out https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/protocolsupport.7201/ if you're having a problem with BungeeCord. ViaVersion and ProtocolSupport work for Spigot servers.
