I'm wondering how Velt, Arcane & MineHQ have like a specific permission to join a specific hub server, I'm wondering how this is possible? is it a plugin or wat?​

Try using ServerManager and add a restricted server and only give ranked users perms to join

Yeh it's possible with plugin all you really are doing is getting if the player has the permission and on "PostLoginEvent" You send them to a different hub

So do you mean something where they can do /Kitpvp and they go to the kitpvp server?

No, on arcane, Say all Media ranks and staff ranks have 1 specific hub for them, and then players have other hubs, Like they have a specific hub for wat server
