With our current plugin (SuperiorSkyblock), it's not possible to do commands that require an online player as argument since players can be on a different Skyblock instance. We need a bungee plugin that makes those commands work no matter where the player is (just checking all the bungeecord instances), we use RedisBungee so that should make it easier for you since that has an API.
