Bungeecord Bug [5USD Reward]

Hello,
When a player join the server on the 1.8.9 version, all the players connected on the 1.7.10 version are kicked.
And while the 1.8.9 player is connected, the 1.7.10 players cannot join the server.
But when the 1.8.9 player disconnect, the 1.7.10 players can join back the server
The error when 1.7.10 players try to join when 1.8.9 player is connected :
- (practice log) lost connection: Internal Exception: net.minecraft.util.io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.RuntimeException: An internal error occured.
- (bungee log)

Even on a fresh bungee it has the same problem

Wrong version of protocolsupport? or some other plugin that allows ppl to join with different client versions.

Also used Spigot, Paperspigot (THats what we need), craftbukkit etc.

I have used that BungeeCord version with Spigot 1.7.10-1.8 and joined with 1.7.10 and 1.8 clients and it always fixed the issue for me.
