BungeeCord Config?

So basically, I've got a bungeecord server, all setup etc.
I think there's something wrong with the config, but I don't know what it could be.
I can connect to the lobby IP, I can connect to the HCF (gamemode) IP, but I can't connect to the bungeecord IP for some reason.

If you're good with bungeecord(configs), please DM me on here​

Wait, you can't connect to your bungeecord? Rezar#3388 let me have a look. It's been long time i don't do setups but i can have a look.
