Bungeecord Crashing due to players

Hey everyone, I was supposed to release my server today but we ran into an issue regarding bungeecord. When players join the server, our CPU usage goes through the roof and causes everyone to have high ping. However, when people are not moving servers, the bungeecord cpu usage is fine. Once everyone joins a sub server from the lobby, the bungeecord lags again and it eventually crashes. I have been trying to figure this out for 20+ hours. At this point, I just want to pay someone who can hop on the server and tell us what we need to do so bungeecord stops crashing. Thanks
