BungeeCord Global Banning plugin (UUID's)

Hi as you can tell by the title, im looking to buy a custom coded BungeeCord banning plugin, this MUST support UUID's and write all banned players to a MySql database with their IGN and UUID. This plugin will be installed across our network.

I would also like for it to announce whenever a player is banned on all servers in Red writing {IGN} Has been banned for {Reason} by {Banner}.
Id like this to be configurable so i can change the colours and ban messages. Need more detail just message me

Hi guys, i dont want to use BungeeAdminTools as i dont know how to setup yamler xD, but anyway iv got a developer on skype and he is charging 60$ for all the features i asked and some more If anyone has better offers feel free to comment

I'll help you setup BungeeAdminTools if you'd like... And I'm very cheap for developing plugins so if it's missing any features I can create a plugin that has them

I personally hate the word "coder," but it is correct. I think developer denotes a general person who programs, codes, and designs.
